RD Rice Construction received the challenge of redesigning industrial houses from the 1920s, an incomplete position with open concrete, column and pipe floors. The owners of Chelsea Loft want their property to be converted into a friendly guest room that will accommodate their extensive collection of artwork. With an open space organization, designers create large dynamic interiors that resemble art galleries. Guests here can enjoy extraordinary exposure while socializing in an informal and unusual atmosphere.
According to architects, “open plans exploit the exposure of northern and southern light, making it the central living space as a natural and theatrical light yard.” a three bedroom private room, three bathrooms and storage and service, grew up in the natural touch of Brazilian walnut walnuts. they form a changing privacy limit connecting the living room with the elevated master suite.
